The most important aspect of love is not in giving or the receiving: it’s in the being. When I need love from others or need to give love to others I’m caught in an unstable situation. Being in love rather than giving or taking love is the only thing that provides stability. --Ram Dass
A dear friend sent this to me today to ponder ... I'm not so sure about this one .. .what do you think??

Hi, being in love isn't enough unless there is an outlet to express it especially when dealing with relationships. Most times knowing you are loved is enough but actions must also show this. We all need to experience it and this is usually in love being received. Instability arises when it is perceived the love has gone or not shared.
