Another gem from my email buddies ....
Be thankful
It's easy to be thankful for the good things. A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who
are also thankful for the setbacks.
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire. If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something, for it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations, because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary, because it means you've made a difference.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings.

A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.
Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.
And though at times a thread may break
A new one forms in its wake
To bind us closer and keep us strong
In a special world, where we belong.
be thankful for those around you who take the time to lift you when your head goes down, when the fire within begins to burn less brightly, when the odds seems so insurmountable.
Be grateful that there care people who take the time out of their own lives and choose to use the time to care.
be grateful for help when offered, the need has been recognised even if pride wont allow you to ask.
Be thankful that you have been helped, recognise that it may not be to your standards but that it was there to start with.
be grateful that you are not alone
